Carlo Dante DiNicola
Manager

Carlo Dante Di Nicola is Manager at the CISDL, coordinating the secretariat in Montreal. Mr. Di Nicola holds a Bachelor’s degree of Civil Law from the University of Montreal. He also earned a bilingual International Baccalaureate diploma from Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf. His involvement in international issues includes acting as Vice-president of the International Law Committee as well as head-delegate for the University of Montreal’s Law Faculty Model UN delegation. He was additionally the Director General for the faculty’s student newspaper Le Pigeon Dissident. Mr. Di Nicola has experience working as a law student for one of Canada’s premier international human rights and refugee lawyers in cases at the Federal Court of Canada and the UN Human Rights Council levels and recently participated as a delegate in the North American model parliament organized by the North American Forum on Integration and hosted at the Mexican Senate in Mexico City. He intends to pursue a Common Law degree and then graduate studies in economics and law with an emphasis on international trade law, natural resources, international human rights and sustainable development. Mr. Di Nicola is from Montreal and also holds European Union citizenship. He is fluent in English, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese and enjoys jazz, literature and travel.
