Prof. Wajeeh Elali, (Ph.D, M.A., M.B.A., B.Com) joined McGill University in 1995, where he teaches Applied Corporate Finance and Managerial Finance in the M.B.A. and B.Com Programs. He has also taught at Northeastern University, California State Polytechnic University, Concordia University, and Bishop’s University. From 1981 to 1982 he was a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Business School. Professor Elali has published and presented numerous papers at international conferences and professional meetings in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia. His current research focuses on corporate success/failure, business valuation, and international debt problems. Throughout his career, Professor Elali has received a number of awards for excellence in teaching and research.
