Ms. Maria Villaveces Ms. Maria Villaveces B.C.L (Los Andes University - Colombia), Master of Arts in local and regional development (Institute of Social Studies – The Hague) is Legal Research Fellow with the CISDL. She has served as consultant for the University of Ontario IT, the World Bank, UNDP, FONADE (Colombian Fund for Development Projects), Bogotá City Hall, the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Presidency of the Republic on sustainable development, governance, and project management. She has previously prepared several manuals for Colombian public entities. She is currently coordinating manuals for publication in the areas of sustainable development law related to climate change. She speaks English, French and Spanish.
