Bipin Aspatwar B.A., LL. B (Hons.) candidate (National Law School of India University). Mr. Aspatwar has actively participated in Pro Bono research projects and organized round tables and seminars at the Law School. He was the member of the Core Committee of the first student run South Asian conference on ‘Law, State and Contemporary Social Movements’ at the Law School. His work experience has been diverse ranging from a grassroots organisation in Rajasthan, India to policy organizations such as Centre for Policy Alternatives in Sri Lanka and ARTICLE 19 in London, and also as a Judicial Clerk with Justice P.K. Balasubramanyam at the Supreme Court of India. Mr. Aspatwar’s areas of interests include institutional and administrative transparency, law and social diversity and law and social exclusion.
