Ms. Rachel Bendayan, BA, LLB, BCL (McGill), is an associate fellow with the CISDL. She is an articling student at Ogilvy Renault LLP Montreal, where she has worked on several international commercial arbitrations and litigations. With the CISDL, she conducts scholarly research on corporate social responsibility, and has assisted with several publications in this area. She has been involved with the CISDL since 2001, and hosted the launching of ‘Weaving the Rules for Our Common Future: Principles, Practices and Prospects for International Sustainable Development Law’ in Durban and Johannesburg, South Africa, during the World Summit for Sustainable Development. In addition, she is member of the G8 Research Group and the Global Governance Group. Ms. Bendayan’s primary interests are in international human rights and good governance.
