Maria Eugenia Leoz Martin-Casallo, JSM candidate (Stanford University), LL.M. in International and European Law (University of Amsterdam), Licentiate in Law (University Complutense de Madrid). As a student, Maria Eugenia attended the Public International Law Program at The Hague Academy of International Law and the Program on Advanced European Union Legal Practice at the Central European University, obtaining the diploma with distinction cum laude. Her studies at the University of Amsterdam focused on the Dispute Settlement System of the WTO and on the WTO’s Agreements, as well as on EC Competition Law and European Environmental Law. She conducted her Master’s thesis research on the integration of environmental concerns within the EC Competition Law. As a JSM candidate at Stanford University, Maria Eugenia is doing her research on the Dispute Settlement System of the WTO.
