Mr. Francois Masse, CA, B.Com (HEC), Dip. (McGill), MA Economics (UBC) is a research fellow with the CISDL, and a former CISDL Manager. He is currently an economist at the Economic Development and Corporate Finance branch of the Department of Finance of Canada in Ottawa. He has lectured corporate finance and accounting classes at HEC Montreal and at McGill University. He has also previously worked at Ernst & Young, and held management positions in local humanitarian organizations.  Mr. Masse is interested in development economics and public economics. He speaks French, English and basic Spanish.
