Dr. Natalia Pushkareva, Ph.D. (Urbino), M.Sc. (Oxon), Specialist in Law (Lomonosov Moscow State University), has a decade of experience in tax policy, both practical and academic, with a particular interest in global tax governance and the sustainability of tax policies. She is currently a Senior Researcher at the NOVA Tax Research Lab, and has previously worked with the UNDP Tax for SDGs Initiative. Her work has been supported by several major fellowships.

Natalia is fluent in English and Russian and is currently learning French. In her free time she enjoys high altitude trekking, modern art and architecture.
