Abigail Holt is a Barrister practicing from Garden Court Chambers, London where she is co-convener of the Commercial and Business Ethics team and member of the Climate Justice team. She is the current Leader of the European Circuit of the Bar, a voluntary position
aimed at collaboration between European lawyers.

In her legal practice Abigail specialises in claimant personal injury, industrial disease and health cases. She is a part-time judge deciding human rights, asylum and immigration
cases, as well as employment law cases. She also has an interest in the ethical use of AI.
Abigail is a member of the International and UK Associations of Women Judges through
which she is actively involved in a project to support and mentor Afghan Women Judges and their families who have had to flee the Taliban.

Along with Garden Court Chambers colleagues, she has contributed to a number of Environmental Law Updates published by the Legal Action Group (LAG). She has organised and chaired various climate-change related webinars aimed at practicing solicitors and barristers as part of the Garden Court Chambers Climate Justice team. She has good Spanish and French.
