A highly experienced and distinguished professional, Adv. Mbaka brings a unique blend of legal and administrative expertise to the table. As the former Chief Administrative Secretary for ICT, Broadcasting, and Telecommunications at the Kenyan Ministry of ICT, Innovation, and Youth Affairs, she served under the leadership of then President, H.E. Uhuru Kenyatta. She is passionate about digital gender equality and during my time as CAS, championed and launched the Girls in ICT initiative at the Ministry. Her exceptional work was recognized in 2021 with the award of the Chief of the Order of the Burning Spear.
