Adv. Moumita Das Gupta, LL.M. (Chittagong), LL.B. (Chittagong), is an Advocate affiliated with the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and currently serves as a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Climate Justice – Bangladesh (CCJ-B). She also provides voluntary services to the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law at Columbia University and the Asian Front of the World Youth for Climate Justice (WY4CJ).

At the Sabin Center, she acts as the National Rapporteur for Bangladesh and Regional Leader for Asia. With WY4CJ, she serves as the National Coordinator for the Bangladesh Front. She has also completed a Diploma on Climate Change and International Law through the 2022 Thessaloniki Summer Course organized by the Kalliopi Koufa Foundation at Aristotle University in Greece.
