Adv. Pulasthi Hewamanna is a legal practitioner based in Sri Lanka with over a decade experience litigating in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, in human rights and public law. He is the Co- Chair of the Public Law Committee of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka and the Chairman of the Sri Lankan Chapter of Transparency International as well as a panel lawyer for the Legal Aid Commission of Sri Lanka. He has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of London and Master of Laws (Distinction) from King’s College London.
