Adv. Saad Elasad is a dedicated law and policy graduate with an extensive background in energy and sustainability from technical, policy, and legal perspectives. I have 8+ years of professional experience with the Qatar Foundation in running international large-scale youth development programs; teaching critical thinking & communication skills, and managing projects in the MENA region and the USA.

Currently working as a Debate Instructor at QatarDebate Center in Qatar Foundation. Holds a Juris Doctor degree from HBKU, a Masters of Public Policy (Energy Policies focused), and a BSc in Electrical Engineering.
