Adv. Yusuke Hara works as Human Rights Officer at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR). Prior to joining OHCHR, he worked with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in the field of protection and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe on human rights and democracy. He also had working experience with the international criminal tribunal in Arusha and Hague. He holds an LL.M in international criminal justice and a Bachelor’s degree in social science.
