Adv. Lydia Young is BLGI Coordinator with the Centre for International Sustainable Development Law. Lydia was inspired to study sustainable development law after her experience firefighting exposed her to the impacts of worsening wildfires on British Columbia communities. Her research interests are to further assist in the understanding and implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals in a manner that concomitantly tackles climate change.

Lydia also works as an articling student at Tollefson Law Corporation.
